You will hear most people worrying about how “safe” Raw Milk is. I hear you, with announcing I was switching, so many told me all the “risks” there are with Raw milk. I want to share the huge benefit’s of it today with just one caution you need to be concerned about.
The caution needed when looking for a supplier of raw milk, is how clean the farm is. Our dairy farm that we get our raw milk from is SO clean. That is why I trust them. Yes, there is a risk involved with raw milk and “getting sick”, but there are risks with ANY food. You trust the restaurant that puts food on your plate right? Especially raw fish if that’s what you get that night? Just take the risks of raw milk with a grain of salt.
They started pasteurizing milk because they wanted to keep it from spoiling but also to transport it. Raw Milk is only good in a mason jar for about 2 weeks. If it has been open multiple times, then only about a week.
1 cup of Milk has 8 grams of protein, 8 grams of fat, 30% of daily Calcium, 6% Daily Vitamin A, 6% Daily Iron. It also has a good source of B12. Did you know you can fast on Raw, Whole Milk? There is so much nutrients, I have known people to do it for a week or two. Pasteurized milk they take out the vitamins and put their own mix in usually. Sometimes they use the vitamins that came from the milk originally. They can’t put back in the enzymes or good bacteria though. Even organic milks are that way along with chemicals that bleach the milk. Over time Raw milk gets yellow. Today they market white milk so that it looks better on the shelf and doesn’t look old.
Most foods we consume today don’t have enzymes in it. Your body NEEDS enzymes. Two foods that give you enzymes for digestion. Einkorn Wheat & Raw Milk. I can’t tell you how much Raw Milk alone has helped my digestion. I have an intolerance to gluten but I use an enzyme supplement for when I am out and about and eat gluten if that’s what’s at the event that day. Having Raw Milk in a cooler or when I get home helps my digestion SO much! I don’t get bloated at all. Enzymes play an important roll in your overall health. Do you have allergies? You are lacking enzymes in your diet from whole foods.
Pasteurize milk kills all the good bacteria and enzymes, therefore leaving it hard to digest. When I drink a glass of pasteurized milk I feel full. Raw milk I don’t because it doesn’t just sit there. Enzymes are key to digestion. If your gut is not healthy, it creates toxins and creates disease and things like allergies because there was no enzymes to break down the food or milk.
Normally you hear how dairy products make you gain weight. They do when they are pasteurized again because enzymes. Do you see how important enzymes are for the body? Now this only goes for Raw Whole Milk. The fat in the milk doesn’t make you fat. It is the additives they add to milk to preserve it. Now they have created 2% & Skim milks on the shelf to “help” your diet. Those two are more unhealthy than whole pasteurized milk because of the chemicals it takes to do that. There is so many chemicals in “nonfat” labels even if it is labeled organic. Be careful you don’t fall for the myth of gaining weight because of dairy.
Studies have showed raw milk helps prevent Osteoporosis and other bone diseases. Okay at this point you probably know I am about to say because of the enzymes…Yes, you are correct! This is another disease caused by toxins built up in the gut, with no where to go because lack of enzymes.
Most don’t eat dairy when they are sick because it makes your nose stuffy. Raw milk actually helps when you are sick! It builds your immunity. I also have not noticed it to make my nose stuffy like pasteurized milk does either.
Most think probiotics heal their gut and that’s all you have to worry about to do that. Most don’t think about the other types of replenishing, good bacteria too. Think of your gut as the root of ALL health problems. If your gut isn’t healthy, well then you aren’t either. You may think well, my knees hurt what does that have to do with my gut? After so long of pain or not properly functioning, your body normalizes things. You could go your whole life in digestive pain like me and never know it till you change something and realize that. Your body is good at hiding things! One thing you could do to help prevent or cure health problems is to try raw milk.
