Hi! Been quiet here a while. Thank you for all who have checked in on me, it really means a lot! I have been battling with some gut issues lately. Candida is something I know I have had but I didn’t realize how much candida overgrowth was taking over my life. I am going to share with you some common symptoms.
Symptoms of Candida are:
Symtpoms of Candida are:
Oral Thrush
Tiredness & fatigue
Emotional Fatigue
Recurring UTI infections
Digestive issues
Sinus Infections
Skin & Nail Infections
Brain Fog
Food sensitivities
Weak Immune System
Joint Pain
Moody
These are just some of the symptoms. Candida happens by toxins entering the bloodstream. The toxins are rooted from the gut. Things like grains or sugars that create yeast in the gut ferment and release toxins. Then as your intestine walls become weaker and weaker, you begin to get a leaky gut. That’s when you start showing symptoms.
Things like antibiotics and lack of probiotics and enzymes can be huge factors of the cause. It isn’t something you want to use antibiotics for. I have a long history with doctors abusing antibiotics with my severe sinus infections I use to get ( which I now have healed). The antibiotics completely ruined my gut flora, resulting in issues that speed up my issues with gluten.
I have been working hard to get my gut in much better shape so that has meant a strict diet! I’ll share that soon.
