A new generation of cell phone technology known as 5G will bring the world faster data speeds and largely improve telecommunications capabilities. The transition to 5G has begun, but it brings a new set of challenges with it. Most are unaware of what 5G really is and how much more radiation it lets out that could bring significantly higher health risks. I am going to share the dangers of 5G along with EMF protection resources.
Electromagnetic fields (EMFs) are invisible areas of energy which surround all areas and people. Your body is capable of absorbing emf radiation from many sources such as microwaves, cellphones, WiFi internet, WiFi devices and so much more.
Many see 5G as just switching from 3G to 4G but the radiation frequency is MUCH higher. 5G emf radiation is at a frequency of 30,000 MHz to 300 GHz which is 780 to 7,800 times higher than the microwave.
The human body absorbs emf and emr rays and it can cause serious damage if not careful. Electromagnetic emf radiation has been shown to cause DNA damage, alter gene expression, change cellular metabolism, and cause other cellular damage that can lead to cancer. Many studies show that emf exposure may cause infertility, insomnia, neuropsychiatric effects, etc.
Our bodies hold a certain frequency, things we eat, and do can harm or help our frequency. Have you ever heard someone say they feel grounded? That is a way to up your frequency. You can ground yourself by walking barefoot in the grass for 5- 10 minutes. Grounding helps balance your frequency. When you have a low frequency your body is a host for diseases such as cancer, diabetes, etc. Ways to improve that frequency for EMF protection is by using high frequency things such as plants, certain rocks, and other things found in nature.
Does EMF protection really work? This is a question many ask. When you understand the connection between EMF’s and cancer you can see how certain things that claim to protect you from EMF would work. You can also use a radiation detector. When purchasing any type of EMF protection I recommend you see if it’s been checked with a radiation detector. Sometimes people are sensitive to EMF so they can just feel better when using the product. There are many different things in your home that let off radiation. I will list a few that are big ones that can greatly cause health issues.
Wifi routers let off SO much radiation. This was one of my top priorities to protect us from. I got a sleeve that goes over it to reduce the radiation and it does work! If you fully cover the router and don’t leave a gap for a small portion of radiation to get out, you wont get service. At least not much service. I try to turn ours off at night too, so it helps with reducing radiation.
We all carry our phones around everywhere. Some women put their phone cases in their bra and some people in general put their phones in their pocket. This means you’re absorbing quite a bit of radiation, especially with 5 G phones these days!
I have had protective cases that were very expensive and I never felt they did anything. I did look at reviews, and they have been tested and work. The phone case a long with the pop socket I use now, I felt MUCH better with! I’m sure it has to do with the crystal that’s used around the case. This pop socket helps boost my frequency which makes me feel better.
Reducing exposure in your home or workplace can be hard. The biggest thing is turning off your devices at night if possible. The wifi, the TV, your cell phone, your laptops, and computers. Getting protective cases helps a lot. Another thing is if your near a 5G tower you can help reduce so much radiation if you aren’t using a metal bed frame. Metal can make the radiation have a stronger feeling.
The health risks of EMFs are still being researched, but that doesn’t mean we should wait to take steps to protect ourselves and our loved ones. We know the dangers 5G will pose on human beings, future generations, and wildlife all around us. As a result, it is important for us to stay educated about what these waves can do to our bodies while also taking actionable steps in reducing exposure.
